One of the most significant features of CONIDUR® fine hole screens contributing to increased product throughput in milling, filtration and separation applications, is the triangular to hemi ellipsoidal specific hole shape, which differs from cylindrical round holes due to its conical shape.
A conidur hole screen is made from conidur sheet, allowing it to be manufactured with a smaller hole size than is available with grater hole screens. It is designed for the milling of hard materials which require a more aggressive milling action .

CONIDUR® hole sheets are sheets with a special hole shape. The upper and lower side of the CONIDUR® hole sheet have different characteristics. The special manufacturing process enables the finest perforations in initial sheet thicknesses, which can be a multiple of the hole diameter.
Conidur® pierced sheets have a unique type of hole. Different from ordinary round holes with a circular shape, the holes of Conidur® have a rather triangular to semi elliptical shape with slanting, strongly conical openings in the passage direction. Sheet thickness: 0.20 2.5mm. Hole size: 0.06 4mm
